Our brick bungalows are terraced or detached villas which vary in size and furnishings, in order to accommodate and meet the needs of big families. Up to a maximum of 5 people and that of couples who wish to enjoy a holiday “en plein air” in complete relaxation without missing out the fun.

All bungalows have a satellite TV conncetion and are equipped with a 20″ flat screen. Besides, all Bungalow kitchenettes have a 195 lt fridge with separate freezer. Only  in Bungalow type “Arneis” there is a small fridge with a small freezer inside.

They allow you to arrange the table for breakfast, lunch and dinner exclusively  on the veranda. In addition, hot water for the shower or the kitchen washing is heated with an electric water heater 30 lt. Only in Bungalow type “Gamay” the electric water heater is 10 liters.

Finally, we have two bungalows providing special access and toilet facilities for people with reduced mobility and all other bungalows have 3 steps to access them.

Located in the shade of trees and quiet, they stay fresh thanks to brick masonry. Because of that, the temperature is cool, especially at night. If needed, it’s possible to request a fan. Inside they are regularly painted with Optima Aria Plus, a paint that purifies the air you breathe.

From 08th August to 25th August the minimum bookable stay may not be less than 14 nights.

  • The final cleaning will not be charged if the property is left in the same order as the day of arrival.
    The cost for final cleaning is 50,00 €;
  • Upon request, early sanitization with hydrogen peroxide 10,00 €.
  • A security cash deposit of 50.00 € is required upon arrival /check in.
    The amount is fully refundable upon check-out uo to a damage inspection.

OUR 4 LEGGED FRIENDS

WE CANNOT BE CONSIDERED A PET-FRIENDLY FACILITY, as we are not organised to offer services to our ‘four-legged friends’… but we love animals and understand the wish to take them on holiday with you.

  • only small and medium-sized pets allowed in Bungalow type ARNEIS and GAMAY  and subjected to management approval (extra charge per week € 42,00)
  • Equipped with the latest booklet, with their up to date vaccinations
  • Must be kept on a leash and constantly monitored
  • Please use hygienic bags for their poos!
  • In the interests of quiet living, please take care they do not disturb the neighbourhood.
  • They are allowed on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant.
  • In the central baths area near the washing machines they can be washed
  • Pets are not permitted in the pool area, on the private beach, in the playground and entertainment area during the day and during evening shows
  • According to municipal regulations, dogs can enter the water every day before 9.30 a.m. and after 6.30 p.m.

USE OF OUR COLOURED BRACELETS IS MANDATORY
all guests on arrival will be equipped with identification bracelet, to be able to move freely around the campsite and use the services provided, it must be worn visibly for the duration of the stay.
