Let’s open the doors tonight to the Rosburgo Music Festival 2015 – “The Soloist and Orchestra”, an event, now in its XXII edition, organized by the “G. Rossini” under the artistic direction of the masters Manfredo Di Crescenzo and Nicola Samale and sponsored by the City of Roseto degli Abruzzi.
Three beautiful locations, Villa Comunale, Villa Paris and the Church of Santa Teresa of Calcutta, will be the backdrop to the music of soloists and conductors of international fame as Gabriele Cassone, Cristiano Poli Cappelli, Frank Jardilino, Nicola Samale, Jan Milosz Zarzicky and Daniel Bortolosy.
It is a program designed to satisfy every taste: in fact it will range from orchestral music of Italian composers of the nineteenth century instrumental brasileira music and Spanish music; starting from music for solo and orchestra by Haydn and Tansman to the Fairy tale in music of Prokofiev and Sibelius; not to mention a tribute to the American jazz.
As opening for the event this evening at the Villa Comunale in Roseto degli Abruzzi, a “Tribute to the Music Instrumental Brasileira and Spanish” with the Italian Philharmonic Youth accompanied by the Brazilian trombonist Frank Jardilino, Rosetan “by adoption”, who has studied and performed with the best trombonists in the world.
