For those who love adventure or would simply like to try new experiences a day of diving might just be ideal! During your holiday in Roseto degli Abruzzi you can in fact take part in the many activities promoted by the association Up and Down, which offers the opportunity to take the first steps towards the discovery of this world.

Activities are not only for beginners, but there are also advanced courses for those who want to obtain particular patents of higher levels: the association Up and Down is in fact certified SSI (Scuba Schools International), a certification that guarantees the adequacy of training methods, or a particular system called “comfort through repetition”, which ensures gradual learning.

The SSI offers three courses for those who want to try this new experience:

– TRY SCUBA DIVING, consisting of a theoretical lesson to learn basic skills, a dive into the pool to do the first exercises and a dive into the sea for the first real taste of diving.

– SCUBA DIVER, which provides a theoretical lesson, 3 pool dives and 2 dives in the sea.

– OPEN WATER DIVER, which involves a theory lesson, 6 dives in the pool and 4 in the sea, after which you get a base certification and the SSI manual.

Courses for primary patents can be completed in a few days, which is ideal to discover the marine fauna and flora of our waters.

With the association Up and Down you will find a lot of special activities: deep diving, night diving, wreck diving, boat diving, and much more!

All activities and lessons are conducted in maximum security, the association has in fact expert and qualified instructors, approved by the SSI and authorized to issue sub patents.
